BAKKE, MARTIN OLAV, hvalfanger, Nøtterøy. Født 3. november 1899 på Nøtterøy, s. av Edvart Bakke, f. 1877 i Ramnes, og Gina Martine f. Sukke, f. 1877 på Nøtterøy. Gift 1937 med Borghild Olsen, f. 1903 på Nøtterøy. Bakke var ved krigens utbrudd innkalt til militærtjeneste i Den norske marine, og omkom da p/s Eidsvold ble senket ved Narvik den 9. april 1940.
