Fra Bokverket "Evig heder skal de ha". Bjørn K. Sagdahl.
Han var født den 2.4.1914, og var i innenriks fart da krigen brøt ut. Han kom etter hvert i konflikt med NS medlemmer og fryktet at han kunne bli anholdt. Vi har ikke opplysninger om hva saken gjaldt. Bare at han flyktet til Sverige, men returnerte etter kort tid og ble værende i Saltdal etter returen. Etter krigen fortsatte han å seile i innenriksfart. Han gikk bort den 1.10.1984.
