Not in the same boat? Chinese seamen in the Norwegian Merchant Fleet during the Second World War:
Wang Bao-Dah havnet i en livbåt med 14 kinesere fra mannskapet på Woolgar etter forlistet i 1942. Han var overlevde livbåtseilasen og dukket opp i 1947 med sin beretning om hva som hadde skjedd ved forliset.
RA/S-2118/G/L0427/002:
Han ble ikke tatt til fange etter livbåtseilasen, men livnærte seg sammen med «innfødte» i Burma. Han var 38 år gammel i des. 1946.
