HAUGE, KARL GUSTAV, sjømann, Sokndal i Dalane. Født 3. mars 1921 i Sokndal, s. av Peder Hauge, f. 1894, og Maggie f. Hast, f. 1898, begge f. i Sokndal. Skoleskipskurs. Dro til sjøs februar 1940 som jungmann. Omkom da m/t Bello ble torpedert i Nord-Atlanteren 16. desember 1942, på vei fra Glasgow til New York. Krigsmedaljen post mortem.
