OEN, FREDRIK, matros, Herdla. Født 18. mars 1910 i Herdla, s. av Vilhelm Fredriksen Oen, f. 1881 s. st., og Marie Nilsdatter f. Oen, f. 1887 s. st. Gift 1938 i Herdla med Katinka Karlsdatter Oen, f. 1914 s. st. Var på hvalfangst, men gikk under krigen over i handelsflåten. Omkom 18. juli 1940 da d/s Gyda ble torpedert 2 dager etter at det gikk fra Glasgow, på reise til Quebec.
