AANONSEN, SVERRE, skipsfører, Arendal. Født 20. mars 1908 i Arendal, s. av skipsfører Aanon Aanonsen, f. 1856, d. 1939 s. st., og Nicoline Andrea f. Olsen, f. 1865, d. 1929 s. st. Gift 1935 i Arendal med Lillian Jensen, f. 1914 s. st. 1 barn. Middelskole, styrmanns- og skipsførerskole. Var fører på m/s Harboe Jensen som ble ombygd og armert for å bli brukt i forsyningstjenesten i Middelhavet. Omkom 15. januar 1943 da skipet ble torpedert og senket av en u-båt, på reise fra Bengasi til Tobruk.
