Krigsforliste med M/T HIDLEFJORD 1.3.1941. Ble av Nortraship sendt over til Montreal med D/S BRANDT COUNTY for å mønstre ut derfra. Påmønstret D/S TORVANGER den 23.6.1942. Krigsforiste med D/S TORVANGER den 23.juni 1942, etter 13 døgn i Livbåt kom inn til Horta, Asorne, og ble sendt derfra med første anledning til Lisboa med ankomst der den 25.7.1941. Ble etter overenstkomst mellom norsk og engelsk konsulat påmønstret nybygget fiskebåt M/S PORT MADOCK for å komme til England ankom Cardiff 28.8.1942. Kom først i hyre igjen den 14.12.1942.
25.3.1946 reist hjem til Norge med D/S JUPITER.
