Warsailors

På reise fra Port of Spain, Trinidad, til Gibraltar ble M/T Ida Knudsen torpedert av den italienske ubåten Luigi Torelli. Førland kom seg i en livbåt. Den kom til slutt til Agadir i fransk-Marokko, der de ble internert. De ble frigjort av amerikanske soldater 16. november 1942.
