D/S Buskø (Busko, Buskoe) var en norsk selfanger under tysk kontroll. 12. september 1941 ble skipet funnet ved Grønland av det amerikanske kystvaktskipet Northland. Ved undersøkelser om bord i Buskø sa mannskapet av de var fangstfolk og fiskere, men funn av radioutstyr viste at Buskø var service-skip for tyske radiostasjoner. En radiostasjon ble funnet på land og tre nordmenn, en under tysk kommando, ble tatt med til USA som illegale immigranter. Buskø med mannskap ble kapret og tatt med til USA av amerikansk prisemannskap.
