Registernummer under krigen: London 5525, NY 37838.
"Ketty Brøvig" ble kapret og tatt som prise 2.2.1941 av tysk hjelpekryssen "Atlantis". Mannskapet ble tatt ombord i raideren og deretter overført til M/S"Tannenfels" i Japan, for å sendes til Tyskland. "Tannenfels" ankom Bordeaux 19.4.1941 og mannskap ble deretter overført og internert i tysk fangeleir Sandbostel. Frigitt og sendt til Norge med ankomst Oslo 26.juli 1941.
