D/S OLE WEGGER ble kapret på fangstfeltet av den tyske hjelpekrysser PENGUIN. Brakt til Frankrike og senket ved Rouen. Mannskapet ble sendt hjem til Norge. Marthin Thorstein Halvorsen ankom Sandefjord 5. mai 1941.
