ISACHSEN, ERLING ANTON, maskinassistent, Sem. Født 24. april 1920 i Hitra, s. av Knut Isachsen, f. 1896 i Veøy, og Jacobine f. Skumfoss, f. 1897 i Kvenvser. Var på m/s Thermopylæ som i mai 1940 var med på evakueringen av Kreta og førte allierte soldater til Alexandria. Omkom da skipet, som var underveis fra Alexandria til Malta, ble bombet av fiendtlige fly og senket 19. januar 1942.
