Overlevende etter tysk torpedering av skipet Eli Knudsen: U-32 (Kapitänleutnant Hans Jenisch) i pos. N 50.36,W 08.44 - SV Fastnet, på reise fra Aruba via Bermud til Milford Haven med olje i Konvoi HX. 49. Besetningen kom seg i båtene, og ble senere tatt opp av HMS SANDWICH og landsatt i Liverpool.
