Gift 1933 i Arendal med Olga Sofie Nilsen, f. 1902 s. st. 2 barn. Teknisk fagskole. Var på d/s Senta som gikk i konvoi på reise fra Halifax til Belfast, men var forsvunnet ved daggry 13. oktober 1942.
