Registernummer under krigen: London 19840, NY 26970.

Han var kokk på M/S LIDVARD da skipet stakk av fra Dakar. 
Han mønstret på  M/S LIDVARD i Dakar etter å ha vært på D/S HADRIAN, som også lå internert i Dakar.
Var også ombord på M/S HERMION i slutten av krigen.  
Han reiste direkte til Australia uten å reise hjem til Norge etter krigen. Han giftet seg og bodde der til han døde.

Hans Hansen Aamodt døde i Perth i Vest Australia den 8.9.1998.
