Maskinist, Bergen. Født 9. september 1920 i Bergen, s. av Johannes Nilsen, f. 1893, og Klara f. Hansen, f. 1889. Gift 1942 i Bergen med Annie Judith Grande, f. 1921 s. st. 1 barn. Maskinistskole. Omkom 13. januar 1945 da d/s Vaga ble senket av fly ved Homborsund, på reise mellom Bergen og København.
