Maskinist, Bergen. Født 30. april 1912 i Kinn, s. av Knut Pettersen, f. 1873 i Stord, og Elisa f. Fjelstad, f. 1875 i Bergen, d. 1914 i Kinn. Gift 1939 i Rotterdam med Edith Bergliot Wessberg, f. 1903 i Bergen, d. 1943 s. st. Maskinistskole. Var på m/s Ronda, og omkom da skipet ble minesprengt utenfor Rotterdam 13. september 1939.
