Registernummer under krigen: London 11560, NY 28313.

Dro 1939 til sjøs med motortank SOUTH AMERICA, arbeidet 1940-42 på et mek. verksted i New 
York, for å utdanne seg til maskinist. Ble senere pumpemann på motortank INDIA som gikk fra
Talara i Peru 3.september 1943 og forsvant  på vei til Sydney N.S.W., Australia. 

11.9.1943 - Skutt i brann og senket av tysk hjelpekrysser MICHEL - (KzS Günther Gumprich)
i nærheten av Påskeøya. Var på reise Talara - Sydney med olje.

Hele besetningen, 41 mann, omkom.
