Hvalkokeriet "Ole Wegger" ble kapret av tysk hjelpekrysser "Penguin" 14.1.1941. Mannskapet tatt i arrest ombord i "Penguin" og sendt til Bordeaux. Ble den 20.3.1941 overført til tyske fangeleir Marlag und Milag.

Løslatt og hjemsendt med ankomst Sandefjord 5.5.1941.

I sjøforklaring til "Ole Wegger " er navnet skrevet som "Hans Gilliksen".
