Skytter nr. 98: Eide, Olav Edvin. Født 8. mai 1907 i Hjørundfjord.
Kom sannsynligvis over til England etter evakueringen av Svalbard i august 1941.
Han meldte seg til marinen og ble utdannet til skytter ved Sjøforsvarets Skytteravdeling for Handelsflåten i Dumbarton, Scotland
