Tjenestegjorde som inspektør for Nortraship i Karachi, Pakistan fra august 1944 og ut krigen. Reiste senere til Storbritannia med "HAI LEE" og kom dit den 16. april 1946. Videre til Norge med "ASTREA" som passasjer den 19. april 1946.
