Våre Falne:

Gift 1939 i Bodø med Haldis Jacobsen, f. 1913. Hun omkom samtidig med sin mann. Hun hadde vært hjemme i Konsvikosen og besøkte sin mor, og fulgte båten som hennes mann var stuert på.

Var stuert og bestyrer av restauranten ombord på D/S NARVIK, og omkom 22.mars 1944 da skipet ble senket ev britisk ubåt HMS SYRTIS utenfor Rødøy i Nordland. U-båten skjøt på livbåtene, og drepte flere av mannskapet. Gravlagt på Bodø kirkegård.
