Skytter nr. 2186.
Antatt i Den norske marine 16.08.1943 og utdannet til skytter på SSH Travers Island i tiden 16.08.1943 til 21.10.1943.
Gjorde deretter tjeneste ombord på:
MT GRENE fra 22.10.1943 til skipet ble torpedert den 21.mars 1944 i Rødehavet. 7 mann mistet livet og 35 ble reddet. Dette var sansynligvis det siste norske skipet som ble senket på østen.
MT SOLØR fra 21.04.1944 til også dette skipet ble torpedert den 27 januar 1945 på vei fra New York til Clyde, med tap av 4 mann. skipet ble satt på land ved Oxwich Head, men brakk i to og gikk ned. 40 mann ble reddet.
MS MOSDALE fra 26.04.1945 til 04.06.1945.
DS RAMØ fra 20.06.1945 til 03.10.1945.
