Våre Falne:

Dro tidlig til sjøs og seilte for det meste i amerikansk kystfart. Kom tilbake til Norge 1935, og gikk 1939 ut med D/S FREIDIG, som seilte i alliert fart under krigen. Omkom 7. februar 1944 da skipet sank under storm utenfor Cape Wrath, Skottland, på reise fra Aberdeen til Liverpool. Ble funnet død på en flåte, og er gravlagt i Thurso, Skottland.
