Norsk statsborger etter krigen.
Intervju Sandefjords Blad, 14. februar 1954:
Flyktet fra Tyskland til Haifa, Palestina i 1937. Meldte seg frivillig til norsk handelsmarine i 1943 og seilte resten av krigen på norsk skip. Giftet seg med norsk kvinne, ble norsk statsborger og bosatt i Harstad etter krigen. I 1954 seilte han som stuert på M/T JANUS.
Drammens Tidende og Buskeruds blad, 30. august 1991:
Jobbet som bartender på Park Hotell i Drammen fra 1964 til han pensjonerte seg i 1991. Oppgir her at han skal jobbe videre med et vinagentur.
