Bakerlære.

Var baker, men dro til sjøs med D/S BIARRITZ før krigen brøt ut. Omkom den 25. januar 1940 da skipet krigsforliste utenfor Ymuiden, Holland på reise fra Antwerpen til Oslo. Skipet sank etter en eksplosjon som antagelig skyltes en mine.
