Ingen dokumentasjon på fartstid eller navn på skip.. I søknaden hensettes at alle sjøfartspapirer forsvant etter torpedering 17.6.1944. Dette var forøvrig hans 3. krigsforlis. Av skjema for Ex gratia fremgår det at herr Jensen er tilkjent en samlet fartstid av 238 mndr.
