Våre falne:
Reiste til sjøs 1937 og omkom 25. januar 1940 som byssegutt med «Biarritz» på tur fra Antwerpen til Norge. Båten gikk på mine samme dag de forlot Antwerpen, og nesten alle omkom. Omtalt i Sjømannsmisjonens julehefte 1940 i stykket «En liten helt». Broren Halvard omkom 1940.
