Var i transporttjenesten under krigen i Norge 1940, senere i rutefart og fraktfart. Omkom 17. oktober 1941 da D/S VESTERAALEN sank etter en eksplosjon (torpedering) utenfor Nuvsvåg i Finnmark, på reise fra Tromsø til Hammerfest.
