LARSEN, THORALF WILLY, stuert, Sandefjord. Født 8. oktober 1894 i Horten, s. av Karl Ludvik Larsen, f. 1864 s. st., og Ivrine f. Amundsen, f. 1868 i Hedrum, d. 1933 i Sandar. Seilte under hele første verdenskrig på norske og amerikanske skip mellom USA og Frankrike. Var arrestert en tid 1943, anklaget for å ha skrevet en bok som gikk imot tyskerne. Var til sjøs fra krigen begynte, sist på d/s Torridal, og omkom 5. april 1945 da skipet ble torpedert på Folla, på vei fra Bodø til Trondheim.

Sjømann ikke nevnt i sjøforklaring til torpedering av DS Torridal den 5. april 1945.
