1940 - 1942: I Notraships tjeneste
15.1.1942 - Drev på land under kraftig storm i Hvalfjordur på Island. Brakt flott midlertidig - reparert. Slept til Tyne for reparasjon, lensepumpene sviktet og skipet sank under slepet den 24.10.1942 i posisjon 55.15 N og 11.30 V.
