LARSEN, TORBJØRN, fyrbøter, Tjølling. Født 7. juli 1905 i Tjølling, s. av Theodor Larsen, f. 1871 s. st., og Else Marie f. Alviniusen, f. 1874 s. st. Gift 1938 i Larvik med Astrid Kristine Jahnsen, f. 1912 s. st. Var på hvalfangst med fl/k N. T. Nielsen-Alonso før krigen brøt ut, og fortsatte på samme fartøy i alliert fart som fyrbøter. Omkom 22. februar 1943 da skipet ble torpedert, på vei fra Clyde til New York, 11 dager etter avgang.
