Registernummer under krigen: London 14171.
Lettmatros ombord på M/S KATTEGAT som ble oppbrakt og senket av tysk raider MICHEL den 20.5.1942. Mannskapet ble tatt til fange og sendt til japan. Ble senere sendt ombord i det tyske skipet RHAKOTIS, som ble senket i Biscaya den 3.1.1943. Mannskapet ble landsatt i Coruna, og reiste senere til Gibraltar. Ankom England den 29.1.1943. Ble avmønstret M/S KATTEGAT i London 10.2.1943. ( Fangeskapslønn fra 28.7.1942 til 25.2.1943). Fortsatte sin tjeneste i den norske handelsflåten.
